Mox Networks provides web hosting services, registration of international TLD domains, and related web development services. Purpose of the Services Our services may only be used for legal purposes. Any use of the services that violates any law applicable to the company, its local jurisdiction, or any jurisdiction to which you or your website are subject, is strictly prohibited. This means that while using the service, you may not: * Provide information that violates current Chilean law. * Incorporate/Publish illegal content such as pirated content, audio and video without copyright, among others. * Use malicious scripts or software without prior approval from a specialist, maintaining it in an unsuitable state and affecting the performance of the service provided. * Use abusive language, insults, and/or threats towards Mox Networks staff. In the event of this occurrence, the service will be terminated immediately, without any right to claim by the client in question and without the option of a refund. Prohibited Activities The following activities are strictly prohibited on the servers and/or managed services: * Spamming: Sending unsolicited advertising emails to those with whom the Client has no prior business relationship. * Spoofing: Using a reply-to email address that is not the sender\'s valid reply-to address or sending an email message that does not contain enough information to allow the recipient to identify the actual sender. * Passive Spamming: Promoting a website hosted on ClickHost by spamming from any or other source. Mailbombing: Flooding the user with emails without the intention of establishing correspondence. Phishing: A type of crime classified as cyber fraud, committed through social engineering techniques that attempt to fraudulently acquire confidential information. Service Duration This agreement between Mox Networks and the \"Client\" will have an indefinite duration and does not specify a termination date unless requested by the Client. The Client has no obligation to maintain the service and is free to terminate it at any time. Similarly, the Company may terminate the service in the event of non-compliance with the conditions described above. Services Mox Networks will provide the CLIENT, who accepts for themselves, with hosting, email hosting, domain registration, or related services, according to the conditions detailed in the contracted plan, which are hereby acknowledged and accepted by the contracting parties. Mox Networks states that it hosts its servers in data centers located in Florida, USA, and Chile. The location of these centers is detailed for each service you contract. Fortuitous Events Mox Networks will not be liable under any circumstances for the following reasons: * Earthquakes and natural disasters that prevent service delivery. * Interruption of national and/or international links provided by external companies. * Prolonged power outages that exceed the regeneration capacity of external companies. * Loss of data and/or information deleted by the client. * Misconfiguration and service failures due to misuse. Rates and Payments The rates published on the Mox Networks website www.mox.cl must be respected for the client. However, Mox Networks reserves the right to modify its pricing schedule as it deems appropriate, maintaining the fixed price at which the client was acquired, except for \"Promotions valid until the specified date or while supplies last.\" Service payments are made either recurringly or as a single payment, depending on the agreement and the type of service contracted. For recurring payments, the client receives an internal invoice 5 to 10 days in advance of the due date, detailing the total amount due for the service. Once the internal invoice is overdue, Mox Networks reserves the right to suspend the service in question. In the event that the Client has outstanding payments or debts with Mox Networks, this will be grounds for service suspension, excluding essential services for which the Client may request a payment extension for necessary reasons. This does not include specific services that require payments for commercial licenses from external businesses. In such cases, Mox Networks has the right to charge for the outstanding days of non-payment, applying a surcharge in accordance with Chilean Consumer Law. If the Client does not make the corresponding payment to Mox Networks within a period of 90 days, this will result in service termination. The Client will be unable to recover this information, but will have these 90 days to retrieve the information related to the contracted services. Refunds Mox Networks maintains a 15-day money-back guarantee for services contracted for periods exceeding 35 days. Dedicated services and domains are not eligible for this guarantee due to direct cancellation with external commercial license providers, and the contracting of such external services does not warrant refunds. The amount refunded to the client is for the difference in service duration, except in cases of a different agreement between the client and Mox Networks previously agreed upon and/or a promotion assigned. Any refund will only be issued for a justified reason in which Mox Networks is not delivering the service described on the website and/or in the Client Area. All applicable taxes will be deducted from any refund, depending on the payment method. Under no circumstances will a refund be issued at the client\'s request without prior justification of the service failure or breach of contract by Mox Networks. No refunds will be issued for erroneous purchases made by the client; the paid balance may only be reused for another service. Modification of Terms Mox Networks reserves the right to modify this article as it deems appropriate. Updates are published in the same file, and the Client is responsible for staying informed. Upon receiving an update, the Client has the right to request further information if any concept is unclear. Furthermore, if the Client is not satisfied, they may contact the COMPANY directly to discuss the matter in detail and reach a mutual agreement, if necessary. Similarly, all changes made respect the previous policies for services contracted on extended terms, maintaining those policies until the expiration and/or automatic renewal of the contract, at which point the new policies will be immediately applied. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions The Client declares having carefully read the following contract and acknowledges having a full understanding of the terms and conditions of the service being purchased and contracted.The purpose of this policy is to inform you what data we may collect when you contract any of Mox Networks\' services, how we may use that information, whether it may be disclosed to third parties, and the options you have regarding its use and your ability to correct it. Please read this document carefully; it relates to the privacy of our customers\' information.
