What is a UX designer and what does he or she do?

A UX designer is a person in charge of planning and creating websites based on user experience. Professionals dedicated to this area typically have knowledge of optimization to ensure a website is usable, accessible, and inclusive.

The experience, emotions, feelings, and branding of a website or mobile app are the main design aspects that a user experience designer works with.

UX as a field initially focused on web page design, but today the study has expanded to other areas of design. The main reason is that every time a user performs an action, they are left with an experience, whether with products, services, or consumer activities. The mission is to provide the customer with maximum satisfaction at the moment of consumption.

So, what is UI?

UX and UI are responsible for designing digital services; both are responsible for the user experience. On the one hand, the UX is the hidden part, on the other hand, the User Interface or UI, is the visible part of said design, which includes drawings, brand representations, etc. To organize the content and visually show it to the user, a professional dedicated to the UI is necessary to manage it.
