KVM fully virtualizes the hardware, allowing any operating system with its own kernel. We use LXC by default due to its superior performance, but we offer KVM if you require specific kernel modules or non-Linux systems.

Yes, all VPS plans include at least one dedicated public IP address exclusively for your server. The Multi-IP plan includes two IP addresses. The IP addresses are Chilean, registered with LACNIC, and support rDNS (reverse DNS), ideal for mail servers and applications that require IP reputation.

Yes, you have full root access. You can install any Linux-compatible software: Docker, Node.js, Python, databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB), control panels (HestiaCP, cPanel), web servers (Nginx, Apache), and more. We support Ubuntu 20/22/24 LTS, Debian 11/12, CentOS Stream, and Rocky Linux.

We perform automatic daily backups that are stored on an external server (this doesn't use up space on your VPS). We maintain 7 days of daily retention plus an additional 15-day backup. You can request a full restore or a restore of specific files through support.

You can scale your VPS at any time. RAM and CPU upgrades are almost instantaneous. If you need more disk space, we can add additional storage. For special requirements (more than 8GB of RAM, multiple IPs, custom configurations), contact us for a personalized quote.

Yes, all VPSs include basic network-level DDoS protection. We also implement CrowdSec as a collaborative intrusion detection and prevention system. You have access to the firewall panel to configure custom rules.

Activation is virtually instantaneous. Once payment is confirmed, your VPS will be ready in 3-5 minutes. You will receive your dedicated IP address, SSH access credentials, and admin panel details via email.
