How long does domain registration take?

Registration is active within minutes for most TLDs (.com, .net, .org, .co). .cl domains go through NIC Chile and are confirmed within 24 hours.

Can I transfer a domain I already own?

Yes. The transfer extends your registration by one extra year at no additional cost and keeps the original date. You'll need the EPP code (auth code) from your current registrar.

What's included when I register with MOX?

Do I need to buy hosting on top of the domain?

No. You can register the domain and point it to any external service. If you later hire hosting with MOX, the DNS integration is automatic.

Why does a .cl cost more than a .com?

.cl domains are managed by NIC Chile, which charges a higher fixed annual fee than international registries. It's the same price at any Chilean registrar.

Can I register premium domains?

For now we don't expose premium domains in the public search — pricing varies too much. If you need a specific high-value domain, contact us for a quote.
