Profile photo: The profile photo is square. The dimensions are 170 × 170 pixels for desktop viewing. On smartphones, it will be displayed at 128 × 128 pixels.
Cover photo: The recommended size is 720 x 315 pixels. It will be displayed at 820 x 312 pixels on desktop, and 640 x 360 pixels for mobile.
Cover video: The size for uploading a video to the Facebook cover is 1250 x 312 pixels, with a duration between 20 and 90 seconds.
Facebook event cover: The dimensions are 1000 x 524 pixels.
Post images: For shared images, the recommended size is 1200 x 630 px. For images accompanying a shared link, the recommended size is 1200 x 630 px.
Video: Video sizes are 1080 x 1080 px.

Profile photo: Minimum 110 x 110 pixels. Remember that they are displayed in a circular shape.
Square photo: 1080 × 1080 pixels is recommended, and the maximum size allowed is 2080 x 2080 pixels. Note that they are displayed in the feed at 510 x 510 px.
Vertical photo: 1080 x 1350 pixels.
Horizontal photo: 1080 × 566 pixels, the latter being the maximum size so the image isn't cut off.

Video size: Maximum length: 60 seconds and dimensions: 640 x 640 pixels.
IGTV: Must have a minimum resolution of 720 px. If it's 10 minutes or less, its maximum size must be 650 MB, and those up to 60 minutes, 3.6 GB. Remember that the file format must be MP4, with a cover image of 420 x 654 px. Finally, keep in mind that the maximum length of the video, if uploaded from a mobile device, will be only 15 minutes.
Profile photo: 400 × 400 pixels and a minimum of 130 × 130 pixels.
Profile header: 1584 × 396 pixels.
Company logo: 300 × 300 pixels.
Company page cover photo: The recommended size is 1536 × 768 pixels.

YouTube thumbnail size: 1280 × 720 pixels. The minimum width is 640 px, and the maximum size is 2 MB.
Ads: In video format, the stipulated size is 1920 x 1080 px; a horizontal ad for the screen would be 300 x 600 px.
Video watermark image: We recommend an image that's at least 150 × 150 px, in JPEG, PNG, GIF (not animated), or BMP format, and no larger than 1 MB.
Videos: YouTube recommends that videos be in the highest possible resolution, i.e., at least 1280 x 720 px.
