Since the beginning of the pandemic, normal living conditions have changed globally. These changes affect all aspects of daily life: employment, education, health, extraordinary activities, and it seems that every activity has been disrupted by this phenomenon. In academic institutions, the forced modernization and the learning needs of students in different age groups are topics of debate. Ministerial interventions have suggested a return to in-person classes, creating countless tensions involving health systems, the public agenda, families, and even students\' own motivations. Some schools have used conventional platforms, such as Zoom or Google Meet, to mitigate the need for educational meetings, facing the limitations inherent in free platforms. Today, we offer various schools across the country a videoconferencing service based on Jitsi Meets and our own servers hosted in Chilean data centers, which has been very well received by teachers, students, and parents. It is also applicable for companies that need their own videoconferencing service, avoiding the problems associated with call security. The video call service includes the institution\'s logo on the video call, can be linked to a platform if available, and allows a moderator (whether a teacher or not) to connect and manage the video call. We are experimenting with live streaming via YouTube and storing call videos to save classes and present them to students who have connectivity issues at home.
