REFUND POLICY AND RETURN GUARANTEE

Effective Date: June 20, 2025

At MOX Networks SpA (hereinafter "MOX®" or "MOX"), we strive to provide quality services. However, we understand that there may be circumstances in which the Customer requests a refund. This policy defines the criteria, timeframes, and exclusions applicable to refund requests.

1. SCOPE OF THE POLICY

This policy applies to services contracted and paid for directly to MOX, including:

  • - Hosting services (shared or reseller)
  • - VPS (Virtual Private Server) servers
  • - Dedicated VPN and Proxy
  • - Domain registration (with restrictions)

It does not apply to:

  • - Custom or tailored services (e.g., software development)
  • - Third-party licenses (e.g., cPanel, WHMCS, Softaculous)
  • - Promotions, coupons, or purchases with special discounts

2. MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE (Hosting and VPS)

  • - 7 days for shared hosting services
  • - 3 days for VPS services

Conditions:

  • - Applies only to the first service contract
  • - Must be requested in writing to the support email
  • - The service must be active and free of incidents due to misuse.
  • - Domain costs, licenses, or additional configurations are not included.

3. PARTIAL OR PROPORTIONAL REFUNDS

Partial refunds are not made for early cancellation of service, unless MOX unilaterally interrupts the service without cause attributable to the Client.

4. EXCLUSIONS AND REFUSALS

Refunds will not be processed if:

  • - The Customer has violated the Terms of Use or Acceptable Use Policy
  • - The service was suspended or terminated due to prohibited activities
  • - Unsubscription is requested after the warranty period has expired
  • - These are customized services or specific configurations

5. APPLICATION PROCEDURE

  1. - Complete the contact form
    - Full name and associated email address
    - Service ID or order number
    - Reason for the request
  2. - MOX will respond within 3 business days.
  3. - If approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used.

6. POLICY MODIFICATIONS

MOX reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will apply only to services purchased after its publication.
